      1. Improper pressure causes the color printing carton to burst


      (1) There are foreign objects in the indentation groove of the bottom plate, which causes the pressure to increase sharply during die cutting. This is a common and destructive cause of bursting in production. It will crack the dark line as a whole, resulting in product scrap.


      (2) Running the plate, that is, the die-cutting plate or the bottom plate is moved so that the steel wire falls outside the indentation groove. The burst caused by this reason mainly converges on the dark line in the same direction, because the cutter or indentation knife is not closely matched with the wooden formwork, and the deflection occurs under pressure.


      (3) The selection of the thickness of the steel wire and the width of the bottom groove of the indentation does not match the raw material of the paper. According to the requirements of the die-cutting process, different steel wires should be used for different papers, as well as plates with different thicknesses and different groove widths of the dark lines. If they do not match, it is easy to cause the dark lines to burst.


      2. The production process of the die-cutting plate causes the color printing carton to burst


      (1) Improper handling of the orientation of the steel wire when making the die-cutting plate or burrs left when the steel wire is cut off. The burrs left on the steel wire during die cutting will endanger the tensile strength of the surface film, and the film will burst when the product cannot be stressed when the product is formed.


      (2) The steel wire of the steel knife at the dark line has a knife edge and an interface. Because the interface is not lubricated, there will be tearing during die-cutting.


      (3) When the position of the sponge pad of the crimping knife is inappropriate, the crimping line will burst, and the crimping knife will be deformed or damaged, which will also cause the crimping to burst.


      (4) Whether the knives and lines on the knife die are properly allocated. In particular, the thickness of the paper was not considered in the design, and the knife and the line could not be reasonably avoided in the overlap, and interference occurred during the molding, which caused the force to meet too much and burst.
