The peak of the v-shaped corrugated corrugated cardboard is close to a triangle, as shown in Figure 5-2. It is characterized by high strength and small arc radius; the contact area between the corrugated top and the surface paper is small, the amount of adhesive between the corrugated paper and the surface paper is small, and it is not easy to bond and peel; The compressive strength is large and the buffering ability is weak; but when the external force is too large and the deformation exceeds the elastic range, the corrugated corrugated will be destroyed and completely lose its resilience; It is easy to cut the core paper at the peak.
The shape of uv-shaped corrugated cardboard is between u-shaped and v-shaped, with most of the advantages of v-shaped and u-shaped, its elasticity and processing performance are better than v-shaped, and the flat compressive strength and materials are excellent In the u shape, the compressive strength is higher. At present, the corrugated board used in my country basically adopts the form of uv-shaped corrugated.

(2) The size and height of the corrugated. The types of corrugated cardboard are distinguished by the section of the corrugated layer, that is, the size and height of the corrugated.
