Returns Please contact
customer service at 1-888-495-8044 to return a product. Please note that
returned products are subject to return shipping fees, restocking fees,
and/or original shipping fees.
Items may be returned within 30
days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused condition
with the original packaging. Some products, including, but not limited
to, customized products, are not eligible for returns. Please read the
product description carefully before purchasing to identify such
products. After contacting us, we will provide you a return
authorization (RMA) number to put onto the package. Refunds are not
issued until the item has been returned and inspected, and are not
issued without an RMA number. Items refused at delivery are considered
returns without an RMA.
In the event of a damaged product, please notify customer service. We
will work to provide you a replacement of the damaged piece, or the
entire product, where applicable. Please note that we are not able to
expedite shipping on replacement parts. Large products that are
delivered via freight carrier must be inspected at the time of delivery
for damage, and this damage must be noted on the bill of lading. In the
case of extensive shipping damage, you may refuse the shipment. Contact
customer service immediately in order to begin the process of receiving a
